Your first lesson, made simple.

You do not need previous martial arts experience or specialist equipment to take the first step.

Tell us the student’s age and what they hope to get from karate. We will suggest a suitable class.

Wear comfortable sports clothing and bring a drink. A karate uniform is not needed for an initial visit.

Arrive a little early, meet your instructor and get familiar with the dojo before class begins.
